Formerly known as DMCA Business Education, DMKompass, Inc. is in the business of providing relevant, learner-friendly and practical business education and learning programs.

The Beginning:

What Suzan started as an Accounting and Tax Services firm (DMKompass, Inc.) in 2007 eventually ventured into business education in 2008. She realized that her clients needed to understand the importance of financial literacy and financial management as it affected their businesses. With this in mind, she started holding workshops to teach her clients the finer points of accounting and finance.

After receiving much favorable feedback and numerous requests for lessons on related subjects, Suzan expanded her curriculum according to her clients’ needs. Taxation and other topics were added, other fields like marketing were introduced, and individual workshops grew into a series of seminars.

Over time, Suzan developed short, practical, and standardized business courses for entrepreneurs, managers, and even non-business professionals. These courses were designed to help people of all backgrounds grow quickly, professionalize their business practices and make wiser, more informed decisions.

The Vision:

At DMKompass, Inc., we believe that proper business education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background. Whether you are a manager looking to branch into another field, a housewife hoping to enter the world of business, an executive seeking firmer understanding of an industry or a fresh graduate aspiring towards an MBA, we believe you should be able to learn what you need.

The Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines, Inc. (CFIP)


The Chamber of Furniture Industries of the Philippines, Inc. (CFIP) was established in 1966 by nine furniture manufacturers and exporters. This non-stock, nonprofit organization is the national association of companies, chapters and affiliates working together for the mutual benefit and the sustainable growth of the Philippine furniture industry.

CFIP underscores that the main strength of the Philippine furniture industry is design, especially pieces that incorporate indigenous materials. Today, CFIP remains one of the industry’s strongest business support organizations.

The Philippines Society for Training and Development (PSTD)


The Philippines Society for Training and Development (PSTD) is created for and supervised by the Training and Development community of scholars and insightful practitioners. The Society aimed to inspire systematic promulgation and study of training and development processes, theories and practices and to offer prospects for social interaction among individuals with professional interests in training and development from various disciplines across the country.

People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP)


The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) is strictly a professional, non-stock, not-for-profit organization of over 1,800 member companies and individual management executives engaged or interested in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Industrial Relations (IR) work. Founded more than 56 years ago, PMAP continues the tradition of its forefathers in advancing the profession, the science, and the art of Human Resource Management. As a professional association, PMAP helps institutions mold an enlightened, competent, socially responsible, and influential sector of people managers who can effectively participate in nation-building. PMAP also helps its members become more effective on the job by teaching the human aspect of management via numerous career development forums and training programs.

The Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PHILEXPORT)


The Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc. (PHILEXPORT) is the umbrella organization of Philippine exporters accredited under the Export Development Act (EDA) of 1994. It is a non-stock, non-profit private organization born out of the unification of the Philippine Exporters Foundation and the Confederation of Philippine Exporters in August 1992. It is mandated to strengthen the country’s export industry through its export promotion and development programs.
